Please find below our T&C (General Terms and Conditions of Purchase), which is the basis for the preparation and implementation of your purchase. Current information about the products we offer is available at www.neo-be.com and maintained by CONE SCHOOL registered in Chojnice (A.F. Modrzewskiego 5, 89-600 Chojnice), Tax Identification Number: 5551361877.

  1. Purchase Orders
  • Orders are accepted via the neo-be.com website, by e-mail (info@neo-be.com) or by phone.
  • By clicking the “Confirm Order” (Potwierdź zamówienie) button, you submit a binding order for the products included in the order form.
  • In order to place an order, the customer must select the quantity of ordered products, indicate the delivery address and payment method, as well as the telephone number and e-mail address enabling contact between neo-be and the client in order to properly execute the order.
  • A prerequisite for placing an order is a statement from the client that he has read and accepts the T&C.
  • We confirm the order by e-mail. The contract starts at the receipt of your order confirmation.
  1. Payment and delivery methods
  • Dostawa produktu do Klienta jest odpłatna, chyba że umowa sprzedaży stanowi inaczej.
  • Neo-be udostępnia Klientowi następujące sposoby dostawy lub odbioru produktu: przesyłka kurierska, przesyłka kurierska pobraniowa, odbiór osobisty w dni i w godzinach otwarcia.
  • Regulamin dopuszcza następujące formy płatności za zamówiony towar, według wyboru Klienta:
  • The prices offered at the time of placing the order apply.
  • The offered prices include VAT at the current applicable rate, and do not include customs duties (applies to goods sent outside the European Union).
  • Until the full payment, the product remains the property of neo-be.
  • The ordered products will be shipped after you have paid their full price and delivery costs.
  • The delivery of the product to the customer is payable, unless other terms are agreed.
  • Neo-be provides the Customer with the following methods of delivery or collection of the product: post, courier delivery, personal collection on days and during opening hours.
  • The T&C allow the following forms of payment for the ordered goods, at the Customer’s choice:
    • pay by cash on delivery
    • prepayment to a bank account (applies for shipping abroad)
  • The customer covers all costs of financial transactions.
  1. Delivery time
  • The standard delivery time is 15 business days from the date of receipt money on the neo-be bank account.
  • Working days are to be understood as all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays.
  • The delivery time for personalised orders can be extended depending on material availability and production capacity.
  • A personalised order should be understood as an order with a logo sent by the customer or text for printing, as well as ordering a product in a colour other than white.
  • In case if the estimated time of rival is longer than 15 business days, the customer will be informed by neo-be. In this situation, the Customer has the right to withdraw the order within 5 days from the date of notification.
  • In the event of withdrawal the order, the customer will receive a refund of the money paid to the neo-be bank account, if such a payment took place.
  1. Returns
  • The customer has the right to return the goods and withdraw order without giving reasons within 10 days from the date of delivery. This right applies to standard products (non-personalised), provided they have not been used before.
  • Personalised, non-prefabricated products made to customer specifications are not subject to refunds on general terms and conditions.
  • In order to return the goods, the Customer must submit a written statement of withdrawal the order within the deadline indicated above.
  1. Complaints
  • All complaints regarding products should be submitted by e-mail to info@neo-be.com.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to send us photos of products subject to a complaint.
  • Your complaint will be processed by us within 14 days from the date of receipt of a complete complaint application. We will notify you immediately about possible shortcomings in the complaint submission. With this notification you will receive information on how to fill in the complaint form.
  • We would like to point out that the following product damage will not be covered: natural wear, mechanical damage (abrasion, tearing or scratching, detachment of the decorations, rubber, etc.) caused by the use of the products, damage caused by using it contrary to its intended use.
  • The customer will be asked to deliver the product to the address indicated.
  1. Final statement
  • These T&C applies from 07.07.2017 until further notice.
  • Neo-be reserves the right to change the T&C.
  • Any changes to the T&C are effective from the date they are published on the neo-be.com website.
  • Orders placed before the date of introducing changes to T&C are carried out on the basis of the provisions in force on the date of placing the order.
